Privacy Policy

This policy describes how LYNS MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED (“we”) collects, uses and protects data when you use Citely (“the Service”). We only process data to the extent necessary to operate the Service.

1. Data we collect

• Account information: email, name, avatar — managed via our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Integration tokens: Google authorization codes (Search Console/Indexing) and WordPress application passwords you provide — encrypted at rest.
• Content: keywords, briefs, articles, images and SEO settings you create in the Service.
• Usage data: call counts, token usage/cost, system logs, IP addresses — for metering, security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use data

• to provide, maintain and improve the Service;
• to perform the actions you request (create content, publish, read rankings);
• to meter usage for quota/credit;
• for security, fraud detection and legal compliance.

We do NOT sell your personal data.

3. Third-party data processors (sub-processors)

To operate the Service, we share necessary data with the following providers:

• Clerk — authentication and user management;
• Google — Search Console/Indexing and analytics APIs (per the access you grant);
• Cloudflare R2 — image/media file storage;
• AI model providers (text/image processing) and research services — receiving only the content needed for each request;
• Server infrastructure provider where the Service is deployed.

4. Storage and security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Sensitive secrets (WordPress application passwords, integration keys) are encrypted at rest. Internal access is limited on a least-privilege basis.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, related personal data will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law (e.g. transaction or audit logs).

6. Your rights

• access and edit your account information;
• revoke integration access (Google/WordPress) at any time;
• request export or deletion of your data;
• delete your account in Settings.

7. Cookies

We use cookies/local storage necessary for sign-in and remembering interface preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

9. International data transfers

Some of the providers above may process data outside Vietnam. We choose providers with appropriate data protection measures.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated; material changes will be reasonably announced within the Service.
