Terms of Service

Welcome to Citely (“the Service”), an AI-assisted SEO content platform operated by LYNS MEDIA COMPANY LIMITED — business/tax code 0318559960 — (“we”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. Service description

Citely provides AI-assisted tools for researching, drafting, optimizing and publishing SEO content, with optional integrations (WordPress, Google Search Console/Indexing). The Service is currently in beta: features, quotas and pricing may change without prior notice.

2. Accounts

You must create an account (via our authentication provider) and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age under applicable law).

3. Organizations and multiple users

Citely is a multi-tenant service: each organization manages its own websites, data and integration accounts. Organization admins are responsible for managing members and permissions within that organization.

4. Acceptable use

You may NOT:

• create content that violates the law or infringes third-party copyright or privacy;
• spam, manipulate search results with techniques prohibited by search engines, or distribute malware;
• gain unauthorized access, scan, overload the system or circumvent usage limits;
• add a source URL (e.g. in the Newsroom / RSS aggregator) that you are not authorized to aggregate, or whose robots.txt, Terms of Service or copyright prohibit automated access or reproduction — you are solely responsible for the sources you add;
• use the Service to create fraudulent, hateful, child-sexual or harmful content.

5. Your content and AI-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you input and the results you produce, to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or contextually unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing, editing and taking final responsibility before publishing. You grant us the right to process your content solely to operate the Service.

6. Third-party integrations

When you connect WordPress or a Google account, you authorize Citely to access those resources on your behalf (e.g. publish posts, read ranking data). You can revoke access at any time. Use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms. When you add news or RSS sources to the Newsroom, you are responsible for having the right to aggregate and reproduce that content and for complying with each source's terms and applicable copyright.

7. Plans, credits and payment

During beta, the Service may be provided free of charge or under quotas/credits we grant. When billing is introduced, terms for pricing, billing cycles and refunds will be published on the Pricing page and apply to transactions made thereafter.

8. Intellectual property

Citely's software, brand, interface and documentation belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or exploit these components without authorization.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI results will achieve any specific SEO ranking.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability (if any) will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the triggering event.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or pose a risk to the system or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Account and data deletion

You can request account deletion in Settings. Related personal data will then be deleted or anonymized per the Privacy Policy, except for parts we must retain under legal obligations.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reasonably announced. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
